This package is ideal for one-day gatherings where simplicity and charm shine. You’ll have full access to The Silo Retreat’s peaceful grounds, lush gardens, and open-air event tent — a bright, spacious 40’x60’ white tent with elegant windowed walls.
Tables and chairs for up to 150 guests are included, along with the use of electricity, water, and on-site restrooms for added convenience.

You’ll have full use of the property, including the tent, gardens, paved parking lot, and all on-site amenities — without overnight stays.
This added flexibility makes it a wonderful choice for weddings with rehearsal dinners, company retreats with evening receptions, or multi-day workshops. The peaceful surroundings invite creativity and connection, while the convenience of extended access ensures your event unfolds at a comfortable pace. With Overnight Accomodations
Enjoy two to three days of relaxed access to the entire property for preparations, your main event, and time to unwind afterward. This package includes overnight accommodations in the Carriage House, a beautifully restored space featuring three private suites that together sleep 8–12 guests. Each suite combines charm with modern comfort — ideal for bridal parties, families, or company teams seeking a peaceful place to stay close to the heart of the event.
Just steps away, two cozy cabins offer their own private escape among the trees, each sleeping up to four guests. With warm wood interiors, thoughtful touches, and front porches perfect for early-morning coffee or stargazing, the cabins invite guests to slow down and savor the serenity of country life. Additional guests are welcome to stay in tents (without hookups), making this a truly flexible weekend experience.

How far in advance should we book our event?
We recommend booking at least 6 to 12 months in advance, especially for weddings and peak summer weekends. Smaller events or weekday gatherings may have more flexibility, so feel free to reach out to check availability — we’ll always do our best to accommodate you.
What's included in each event package?
All packages include full access to our beautiful grounds, gardens, 40’x60’ event tent with windowed sides, tables and chairs for up to 150 guests, electricity, water, restrooms, and paved parking for up to 160 cars. You’ll also have use of the Carriage House for event prep or gathering space, depending on your package.
Can we bring in our own caterer or event planner?
Absolutely! We want you to have the event that feels most like you. You’re welcome to bring in your own vendors, and if you’d like suggestions, we’re happy to share a list of trusted local caterers, planners, decorators, and musicians we’ve enjoyed working with.
Can we reserve the cabins or Carriage House separately?
When not in use for large events, the cabins and Carriage House can be rented individually for personal getaways or small retreats. Contact Judy directly for rates and seasonal availability.
What happens if it rains on the day of our outdoor event?
No worries — our large event tent offers plenty of covered space for your celebration. Many guests even find rainy days to be some of the most memorable, with the sound of rain on the tent creating a cozy, intimate atmosphere.
Are Pets allowed at events or overnight?
We love animals, but to keep the property peaceful and clean for all guests, pets are only permitted by prior approval. Please mention this when you book, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
How do we reserve a date?
To hold your date, we require a signed agreement and a deposit. Once received, your date will be confirmed on our calendar. Judy will walk you through the simple booking process and answer any questions you may have.
Can we schedule a tour before booking?
Of course! We’d love to show you around. Tours are available by appointment — just give Judy a call to set up a time that works for you. You’ll get to explore the gardens, see the event spaces, and start imagining your day here at The Silo Retreat.
